I am very happy that in Panama virtual visits are offered to places of interest, being, the majority, museums.
Although at the moment there are not many, thanks to the quarantine, the places are reinventing themselves and little by little they are adding more, in part, it is thanks to the La Autoridad de Turismo de Panama (Tourism Authority of Panama) that it has had the initiative to create a series of virtual visits, either by video or 360º tour.
There are also some virtual tours that, although they were not made for tourist purposes, are from tourist sites, some of them are from natural places and offer us a beautiful aerial view.
Some are:
1. Mola Museum, MUMO
This museum provides us with a short video, in which a guide explains and shows us the museum.
On its YouTube account or on the Tourism Authority website we can take a tour to the Museum, it shows us the meaning of the Molas and how they are made, in addition to the puberty ceremony and the protection elements of the Gunas.
I had the opportunity to visit this museum, it is quite new and I was surprised, how beautiful it is, all the information it has and how well it is guided.
If you want to know more, I invite you to visit my post about it here.
2. Panama Canal Administratio Building
This is one of the few places in the world that has left me with my mouth open, once I enter (I worked there and I had to go) and for a few seconds I was shocked by how beautiful it is, luck they did not scold me hahaha.
The tour does not show all the beauty, but it gives a screenshot and it is good that we can do the virtual tour because, non-workers are not allowed to enter that building, it also shows the surroundings of the Administration Building.
Information is in English and Spanish.
Take a virtual tour here.

3. Explora, Centro de Ciencia y Arte (Explora, Science and Art Center)
From the website of the Tourism Authority we can make a virtual tour to the center and learn a little more about its facilities.
This is a place that I have not had the opportunity to visit yet and although it is for children, I hope to get to know it. Take a virtual tour of this place here.

4. National Teather
On the website of the Ministry of Culture you can find the link to tour this beautiful Panama theater, which is neoclassical in style, has a beautiful fresco on the ceiling, golden details and an epic atmosphere.
When you enter there, you feel like you are moving to another era, like those movie theaters from Shakespeare’s time, in fact one of the first times I went, I saw Rome and Juliet.

6. Museo de Botones (Buttons Museum)
This is one of the museums that I have had the opportunity to visit and it is incredible everything that one can learn from a button, it seems silly, but it is not like that, here you can see it virtuall.
It has a 360º virtual tour, with information on the sections and a video, where the metallic buttons are explained to us, click here to do the virtual tour.
If you want to know more, I invite you to visit my post about it here.

We can see a video that tells us the history and meaning of the structure of the Museo Afroantillano, which was previously a church, and it also has its interpretation in sign language.

It website offers us some capsules of the trails and some audios of some animals that we can find in the place. Take a virtual tour of this place here.

10. La Merced Museum
On the website of the Tourism Authority we can do a virtual tour of the La Merced Museum, go through it completely and get to know a little more about it, and we can also see that the museums are no longer as before, now they are much more eye-catching and If you visit them, you will see that it has interactive elements.

Note:
Some of the museums can be seen from the website of the Tourism Authority. I recommend visiting it, it has a page dedicated to them called L Ruta Interactiva de los Museos de la Ciudad (the Interactive Route of the City Museums), with information, calendars of future lives on social networks , capsules, podcast and more.
